Job Title: Executive Assistant

Employment Type: Part Time or Full Time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-1:00pm

Reports To: Executive Director of Ministry Operations     

The Executive Assistant will contribute to the efficiency of Blueprint Church by providing personalized and timely support to the Executive Director of Operations.  To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.


  •  The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the Ministry Pipeline by;

    • Assuring the Key Performance Metrics is updated monthly by all necessary parties and submitted to the Director of Operations for review at the beginning of each month.

    • Manage and oversee the performance of volunteers and the system they are servicing.   

    • Responsible for inventory and ordering supplies for various ministry areas.

    • Review and evaluate policies and programs as it relates to Blueprint operations.

    • Support volunteers in conducting leadership training for volunteer workers

  • The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support to the Director of Operations.

    • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

    • Assist in the management of the master calendar and set up meetings

  • Take minutes during meetings

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence accordingly.

  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Attend worship services and night activities, unless providentially hindered.

  • Proficiency in understanding and communicating Holy Scripture 

  • Extensive knowledge and familiarity with Blueprint Church 

  • Member of Blueprint Church 

  • Able to work in teams and contribute to team dynamic 

  • Must demonstrate proficiency with Planning Center

  • Must submit to Confidentiality Agreement and proven history of discretion


  • Ability to create and foster positive professional and ministry relationships 

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft and/or MAC office programs 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills 

  • Comfortable in a fast paced, people oriented environment 

  • Strong Soft Skills: Punctual, dependable, attention to details 

  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

  • Bachelor’s in business administration
