FACILITIES MANAGER

Employment Type: Part Time (or Full Time with partial Support Raised)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (25 Hours)

Rate: $20,000 Annual

Reports To: Executive Director Of Operations

Looking for a team member who will help manage day-to-day operations of the church building and grounds by performing building and grounds maintenance, set-up, and basic housekeeping/custodial duties. Must be someone who is handy and can fix things around the church, has an eye for detail, values the facility, and supports ministry needs. We’re looking for someone with a heart for ministry and who understands the ebbs and flows of church calendars.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Executive Director of Operations to assist with the management of the building and property

• Organize annual church wide clean up days in which volunteers assist with special projects

• Possibly assist with negotiating contracts with construction and other outside facility contractors

• Makes recommendations to the Director of Operations on major repair and preventive maintenance needs

• Set up and Tear down for church events and non-church sponsored events

• Consult with tenants at Ministry House to make sure house remains in compliance

• Conscientious of facility needs

• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS: 


• Must be willing to commit a minimum of (1) year to the role.

• Proficiency in understanding and communicating Holy Scripture 


• Extensive knowledge and familiarity with Blueprint Church

• Must be a Member of Blueprint Church

• General and Soft Skills in Construction
